September 19, 2016
David Maas, MD, has announced his retirement as a family medicine physician at the Apple Valley Medical Center, effective November 23, 2016. Dr. Maas was one of the four founding physicians when the clinic opened in 1974. He will continue to see patients through the end of the year.
“I have loved working here and enjoyed greatly having the opportunity to spend nearly my entire medical career serving the medical needs of the residents of the Apple Valley community,” he said. “Thank you for giving me your trust and allowing me to care for your health care needs. I am confident that while I am leaving, I have trusted partners who will be able to continue to provide you with excellent care.”
“We will be sorry to see Dr. Maas retire,” said Mark Pottenger, Administrator, Apple Valley Medical Clinic, “but we are grateful for his more than forty years of service to the Apple Valley community and wish him a happy, health retirement. Current patients of Dr. Maas will be able to continue their care in a seamless transition to one of our other family medicine physicians.”
